Requisitos
Investigate and diagnose technical/functional issues (L2,L3) related legacy applications, frameworks and infrastructure components which are part of Monster Beverages’ landscape
Provide prompt and effective technical support, ensuring timely resolution
Debug code, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of issues, bugs, bottlenecks and compatibility issues.
Escalate complex or critical issues to appropriate teams and collaborating with them to expedite resolution and ensure effective communication with Monster Beverage stakeholders
Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices
Assist in the deployment of patches, hotfixes and updates to .NET applications and infrastructure components.
Monitor system health, performance metrics and error logs using monitoring tools and implement proactive measures to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives, implementing best practices for continuous improvement.
