We are looking for your talent as Support Analyst

Requisitos

  • Investigate and diagnose technical/functional issues (L2,L3) related legacy applications, frameworks and infrastructure components which are part of Monster Beverages’ landscape
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support, ensuring timely resolution
  • Debug code, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of issues, bugs, bottlenecks and compatibility issues.
  • Escalate complex or critical issues to appropriate teams and collaborating with them to expedite resolution and ensure effective communication with Monster Beverage stakeholders
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices
  • Assist in the deployment of patches, hotfixes and updates to .NET applications and infrastructure components.
  • Monitor system health, performance metrics and error logs using monitoring tools and implement proactive measures to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives, implementing best practices for continuous improvement.
