We are looking for your talent as an IT Service Desk Agent - Portuguese.



Responsible for all activities surrounding the IT Service Desk, including but not limited to answering calls coming to the call center, monitoring incoming tickets to the Global Service Desk, remotely resolving them within established guidelines, and seeking assistance from 2nd level support when necessary.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, industrial).
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • 2 years of proven experience in a service/customer service desk position.
  • Good troubleshooting skills in M365 office applications, Microsoft Windows, Internet browsers, PCs, laptops, basic networking and active directory.
  • Basic understanding of IT principles and ticket handling.
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing system, preferably BMC.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer focused and results oriented.
  • Ability to work alone or as a member of a team.
  • Availability to work shifts and weekends.
  • Responsible and organized.
  • Logical thinker.
  • Passion for learning new concepts, technologies and processes.
