The employee will manage various human resources functions such as personnel data management, hiring, time management and evaluation, calculating and paying payroll, evaluating performance, among other functions.
· Experience in managing HR transactions with high accuracy for at least 1-2 years.
· Must have experience on HR System - SuccessFactors SAP
· Should have good understanding of HR process (Hire to Retire
· Must have good EXCEL skills with basic formula knowledge.
· Fluent English
· Should have good communication Skills
· Overall knowledge of HR Operations
· Customer Service experience would be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
