IT Recruiter (Remote-LATAM only)

We are looking for your talent to join us as an IT Recruiter.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling technology profiles.
• Basic understanding of tech roles (e.g., developers, testers, analysts, etc.).
• Advanced Conversational English proficiency (Minimum C1); ability to comfortably hold business conversations in English.
• Solid experience handling sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies or specialized IT recruitment workflows.
• Certifications or coursework in Tech Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
